Design Space includes a variety of tools to help make your stickers, labels, photo prints, and cards & invitations your own.
How it works
The tools you see depend on what elements you have selected on the Canvas, so you’ll always have immediate access to options for editing your design. Available tools change depending on what is selected on the Canvas, and what tools can be used with those elements.
Note: “Selected” means that you have clicked or tapped an object or group of objects, or you have clicked/tapped and dragged to select multiple objects, and there is a selection box around those items. Many tools will only be available when multiple objects are selected.
On a computer, primary editing tools appear in the main tool bar at the top of the screen. Some tools open a panel on the left side of the screen where you can access more options.
On a mobile device, primary editing tools appear in the bottom toolbar. When Tools with additional options are selected, a drawer opens on the screen to show you those options.
On computer and mobile devices, a small tool bar appears directly underneath the selection box so the tools you’re most likely to use appear first. As with other toolbars, the options you see here vary depending on the

| Background | To edit the background, click or tap the Background icon below the Canvas or select Background from the Add menu. Select from solid colors, patterns, uploaded photos, or previously generated AI creations. | |
| Layout | Let Design Space automatically Fill blank space on your Sticker or Label sheet using designs already present to make the most of your material. | |
| Delete | The Delete icon to delete or remove the element from your canvas. | |
| Duplicate | The Duplicate icon will add an exact copy of the selected element(s) to your canvas. | |
| Group/Ungroup | This allows you to group elements together, which enables you to resize and position them together without combining them into a single element. This option will only appear when two or more elements are selected. You may need to right click or select More to see these options. | |
| AI Style | This tool gives you access to our Sticker and Photo transformation tool including previously generated AI generations. | |
| Fill | Add or change the fill of a Shape or Design Space image by selecting Fill or by double clicking/tapping the element. Select a color, pattern, uploaded photo, or previously generated photo transformation. This will be added inside the selected element and automatically positioned to fit. | |
| Edit Fill | When a photo, pattern, or AI Generated image was used as a fill, you can select the image, select Fill, then select Edit Fill (or triple-click on mobile) to make desired adjustments using the following tools:

| Remove BG | Remove the Background of uploaded images directly on the canvas. | |
| Adjust | This tool allows you to adjust the Brightness, Contrast, Shadow, Saturation, Warmth, Tint, and Sharpness of an uploaded image. You can use the ‘Automatic’ feature or use the slider to manually adjust the following individual image components. | |
| Filters | Apply one of the following filters to your image:
This can be reversed by selecting Reset above the Filter options. | |
| Crop | Use the markers on the corners and edges of the image to adjust the cropping of the image. | |
| Erase | Use the slider or enter manually to adjust the brush size. Then use the brush to erase unwanted parts of the image. | |
| Size | Use the handles on the corners and edge of the image selection box or use the slider or manual entry to adjust the size.

| Arrange | Change the arrangement of an element by bringing it all the way to the Front or Back, or by moving it forward or behind one layer at a time. | |
| Align | Select multiple items on your canvas to Align them with each other. You can align Left, Right, Top, Bottom, Center, horizontally, or vertically, or you can Distribute vertically or horizontally. | |
| Flip | Allows you to flip an element Horizontally or Vertically. | |
| Rotate | Tap and hold the ‘rotate’ icon above the image or use the slider or manual entry to adjust the rotation of the image. | |
| Position | Tap, hold, and drag, or manually enter position coordinates to adjust the position. | |
| Edit Text | Select Edit Text to make changes to the text in a text box using the following tools:
