- Cricut Craft Room has been closed on July 15, 2018, in order to focus our attention and resources on creating and improving the Cricut experience.
Cricut Circle and Cricut Rewards
- As of August 2018, Cricut Circle and Cricut Rewards programs are no longer active.
- Active Cricut Rewards members have been contacted about this closure.
- Members who purchased Cricut Circle memberships prior to August 1, 2018, will continue to enjoy Cricut Circle benefits for one year from the date of purchase.
Cricut Sync
- Cricut Sync software is discontinued.
- If you need to troubleshoot Gypsy, Expression 2, or Imagine, please contact Member Care.
Cricut Basics
- Cricut Basics (iOS) App is no longer supported.
- The app will continue to work if you have installed it previously on your iOS device.
QuickStart projects in Design Space for mobile
- As of July 2023, QuickStart projects for Cricut Joy in Design Space for mobile have been discontinued. Members using Design Space for mobile with Cricut Joy can continue to use Ready-to-Make projects or design projects from scratch.
Cricut Joy App
As of November 13, 2023, the Cricut Joy app is no longer supported, and stopped working on February 26, 2024. Members using the Cricut Joy app can continue making with their Cricut Joy machine in Design Space.
Why is Cricut no longer supporting the Cricut Joy app?
We are no longer supporting the Cricut Joy app since all the fun features you love (and more!) are also available in the Cricut Design Space app. We’re putting all of our technical support into making the Cricut Design Space app the go-to app for every Cricut machine. When will the Cricut Joy App no longer be available to download?
The Cricut Joy app is no longer available to download from Google Play and the Apple App Store as of November 16, 2023.

Yes, your Cricut Joy machine will work with the Design Space app. Download it from Google Play or the Apple App Store.*

What will happen to my Cricut Access subscription that I purchased through the Cricut Joy app?
If you have a Cricut Access subscription through the Cricut Joy app, it will continue in the Design Space app unless cancelled separately.
*All mobile subscriptions to Cricut Access are managed by either Apple or Google, respectively. Any cancellation of your mobile subscription must be done separately through Apple or Google.
What will happen to the projects I created in the Cricut Joy app?
Unfortunately, we are unable to move your projects from the Cricut Joy app into the Design Space app. We totally understand that this is not ideal, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
What will happen to the images I uploaded into the Cricut Joy App?
Just like projects, we are unable to move your uploaded images from the Cricut Joy app into the Design Space app. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We recommend uploading your images into the Design Space app to keep using your favorites.
Can I use the Cricut Joy Foil Transfer Tool in the Design Space mobile app?
No, the Cricut Joy Foil Transfer Tool is not compatible with Design Space for mobile.
