If you receive a 404-HTTP error when trying to access or use Design Space, follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue.
- At what point do you receive this message?
- When trying to access Design Space (the canvas doesn't load)
- Clear the browser cache and cookies (How?)
- If that does not help, attempt to access Design Space using a different browser, such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
- When trying to cut/edit/save a project
- This is usually a session time-out error, meaning that your Design Space session has expired.
- Check the account menu in the upper left corner of the screen. If your name does not appear there, click there to sign in, and attempt to cut/edit/save your project again.
- In most cases, you will need to create the project again. Saving frequently as you create your project will help to prevent loss of work.
- When trying to access Design Space (the canvas doesn't load)
- If this does not resolve the issue, try using Design Space on another computer.
