The Cricut Design Space software may sometimes show the error message "Please remove the exclusive content" or "Remove exclusive content: ___". If you get this error message when you attempt to cut, try the recommended troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue.
When Using Uploaded Images
- Sign out from Design Space, sign back in, open the project and try again.
- If the issue persists, clear the cache and cookies of your browser and try again.
- Try using an alternate internet browser (preferably Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox).
When using Cricut Images
Some images and fonts in Design Space are exclusive to Cricut Access. If you once had a Cricut Access plan and used that exclusive content in your project, and your Cricut Access plan has since expired, this error message will appear the next time you attempt to cut this project. You will either need to re-subscribe, or remove/change the images or fonts that are exclusive to Cricut Access.
