Note: Applicable for Cricut Maker series and Cricut Explore series machine.
If the roller bar on your Cricut machine does not rotate when powering the machine on or when pressing the Load button, check the color of the machine's power button and troubleshooting as follows:
| Color of power button light | Action |
| No light | After pressing the power button, if it does not light up troubleshoot using the steps from this article. |
| Green | Cricut Maker or Cricut Explore power light is never green. This usually means you're using an older model Cricut (a model that is not compatible with Design Space). |
| Solid or steady red | To troubleshoot, follow the steps in this article. |
| Blinking or flashing red | To troubleshoot, follow the steps in this article. |
| Blue | This indicates you have a Cricut Explore or Cricut Maker machine that is communicating with Design Space via Bluetooth. The blue light does not signify an error. |
| White | Take a short video of the issue and contact Member Care for assistance. |
