If the Design Space canvas will not load, if there is just a spinning circle on your screen, follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue.
- Are you having this issue with multiple projects?
- If the issue only occurs with one particular project, you will need to re-create the project.
- If the issue occurs with multiple projects, proceed to step 2.
- Ensure that your system meets the recommended minimum system requirements for running Design Space. If your system does not meet the minimum requirements, attempt your cut on a different computer. If your system does meet the requirements, proceed to step 3.
- Clear your browser history, cache, and cookies. If this does not help, proceed to step 4.
- Attempt to access Design Space and your project in a different browser, such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
