When using Cricut Design Space, if you encounter something that isn't working the way you think it should, or if you have an idea about how to improve the experience, please submit the problem or feedback using the Feedback tool that is found in the Account Menu.
- Select the account menu. Then select Feedback.
- Enter your email address and a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing or the suggestion you have.
- Use the paperclip icon in the lower right of the feedback window to attach any screenshots or videos that may help us understand the issue or suggestion better. Select Send to submit your feedback.
- Select the Account Menu in the app. Then select Help & Feedback > Send Feedback.
- Your browser will open to a reporting form where you can enter your email address and describe the bug or improvement suggestion in detail. When reporting a bug, be as detailed as possible in describing the issue and the steps you took to arrive at the problem. This will help the developers to narrow down and correct the root cause of the problem.
- Near the bottom of the form find the option to attach a photo or video.
- Select Submit to send the form to Cricut. Thank you for helping us make Cricut Design Space better!
- Select the Account Menu in the app. Then select Feedback.
- Your browser will open to a reporting form where you can enter your email address and describe the bug or improvement suggestion in detail.
