Cricut Joy cuts Smart Materials without a machine mat, but it can also cut a variety of other materials using a machine cutting mat. Machine mats have an adhesive area with just the right grip to hold your material in place during cutting, then allow you to easily remove it when finished. With Cricut Joy, you can use a LightGrip Mat, StandardGrip Mat, and Card Mat.
Card Mat
Card Mat is uniquely designed with a divider to protect the back of folded Cricut Insert Cards and Cricut Cutaway Cards while cutting or drawing a design on the front. Learn more about using Cricut Card Mat.
