Your machine’s power adapter may include interchangeable plug attachments so you can switch to the plug type needed for your location.
To change the plug attachment:
- Unplug the power adapter from the wall outlet and disconnect it from your machine.
- Press and hold the release button on the adapter.
- While holding the button, twist the attached plug in the direction of the arrow marked “Open”, then remove it from the adapter.
- Align the new plug attachment with the adapter base.
- Press and twist the new plug attachment place in the direction of the arrow marked “Lock” until it snaps and locks securely into place.
Before use, check that the plug attachment is fully attached and does not move or wobble. When properly seated, the plug attachment sits flush with the power adapter.
