Select a link below for instructions on how to change the payment card for your Cricut Access subscription, for purchasing on Cricut.com, or for purchasing content in Design Space.
Important: Changing credit cards on your account does not automatically change which card is charged for a Cricut Access subscription; you must change your subscription payment method in order to change which card is used for Cricut Access. See below for instructions on how to change your Cricut Access payment method.
Note: In order to keep your credit card details secure, you cannot directly update or edit a saved credit card. You must add the card again as a new card - with the correct details - and choose that as the new billing card. Then you can remove the old card. If you have only one card saved to your account, you'll need to add a new one before you can change payment methods. Any payment settings changes you make on myaccount.cricut.com will be reflected in Design Space (and vice versa).

- Sign in to your Cricut account on myaccount.cricut.com. You can also get to this page from Cricut.com after signing in, by selecting your profile icon > My Account > Subscriptions (left side), then click the link to be directed to the account management site.
- Select Subscription from the navigation menu on the left.
- Select Update Billing.
- Choose another saved card you'd like to use as your payment method and click Save, or choose the option to add a new card. Remember, for security purposes you cannot directly update the details of a saved card; you must add it as a new card with the updated information. If adding a new card, select Next.
- Enter the Billing Address and Payment Details, then click Save.
- The new card is added to the top of the list. Select it and click Save. You'll receive a message that the subscription is updated successfully, and the next subscription renewal billing will bill to the new card.
Note: If the subscription has already expired, you must purchase the subscription again using the new card before auto-renewal will work again.
When you make a purchase from cricut.com, the option to save your payment method is available on the checkout screen. Select the box next to Save Card to save your credit card details for future purchases.
You can also add a new card or remove a saved card through your cricut.com account.
- Sign in to your account on cricut.com.
- Hover over your name with your pointer, then select My Account from the menu that appears.
- Select Payment Settings from the navigation menu on the left.
- Your saved cards will be displayed. Select Add New (1) to add new card information. Select Remove (2) to delete cards that have incorrect or out-of-date information.
- Any new cards you add will be available for you to select during checkout.
To change your billing card for Design Space purchases, follow the steps below:
- Sign in to your Cricut Design Space account.
- Open the project with the items you wish to purchase or create a new one.
- Click Make It from the design screen, and Checkout from the Project Preview Screen.
- Confirm your transaction is as you expected, and hit Continue.
- If you already have a card saved to your account, Design Space will proceed to the Checkout summary. However, you can click Payment at the top of the checkout modal to go back to the payment information screen and enter new payment information.
- On this page you must first add the billing address for the new card, then you can enter the new payment details.
Tip: You will be prompted to authorize the purchase when you add a new card or when you begin a new browsing session (typically after clearing cache and cookies). Enter your Cricut account password and click Authorize to complete your purchase.
Note: In-app purchases on mobile are processed through your Google Play Store or Apple iTunes account and the payment method saved there. Access your Google Play Store or iTunes account to change your card information. For any disputes with Android or iOS in-app purchases, please contact Google Play or Apple support.
