Cricut mats are available in various sizes and types. It is recommended to use the appropriate mats based on the materials required for your project (Which materials can I cut with my Cricut Explore and Maker machine?). You can purchase Cricut mats from this link.

Tip: The Cricut Imagine mats can be used with all the machines that can take a 12x12 mat. However, the Cricut Imagine machine itself can use only Imagine mats.
Important: Though the Cake mats will fit into other machines (but are NOT adhesive), only the Cricut Cake and Cake Mini are certified for cutting food materials. None of the other machines are food-safe. Using the Cake and Cake Mini machines for cutting other consumables will make them unsafe for cutting food materials again.
