This is an ongoing challenge we have brought up with the Cricut.com folks. For the foreseeable future, members need to carefully follow the steps at the top of this article to find the warranty for their region.

Please add the warranty document for both Explore 4 and Maker 4 to the document page.

Changing the country just takes you to the website for that country. Selecting warranty takes you to this guide and it's just a loop with no actual warranty.

Thank you, Kenny! After selecting the country one must NOT click "Warranty" in the site footer. Rather, per step 3, one MUST click "Product Documentation." Then select the warranty document for their product. I think a lot of people are skipping step 3 so I made a small adjustment to hopefully help mitigate that (bolded "Product Documentation" in step 3 and removed quotes/uncapitalized "Warranty" in step 4). There is work in progress to improve this navigation experience, but for now they'll need to be sure not to skip step 3.
