To check the status of any order placed through cricut.com, follow the instructions below.
- Go to Cricut.com and select Sign In in the top right corner of the screen.
- Enter your Cricut ID and password, then click your name in the top right corner and select Order History from the directory on the left of the page.
- Scroll down to find your order. The order status appears at the top of the order (1). If the order has left our warehouse, this status will have a Track button next to it (2). Select Track to view specific shipping information for your order. Items in Processing status have not shipped yet, and will not be trackable until they leave the warehouse.
Note: If your order has been processing for longer than ten calendar days, contact Cricut Member Care for assistance.
- Click the Track button to see tracking details for your order. This will route you to the carrier's website to track your package.
iOS/Android
- Go to cricut.com and tap the menu in the upper left.
- Select Sign In on the bottom left of the menu.
- Once signed in, tap the menu again, then select your name in the bottom left of the menu.
- Select My Account at the top of the page, then select Order History.
- Scroll down to find your order. The order status appears at the top of the order (1). If the order has left our warehouse, this status will have a Track button next to it (2). Select Track to view specific shipping information for your order. Items in Processing status have not shipped yet, and will not be trackable until they leave the warehouse.
