Note: If there is a problem with a Cricut.com or Design Space in-app order you just placed, please contact Member Care immediately via phone or chat with your order ID or Cricut email ID. Here are some tips about orders:
- Cricut Access purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, you can cancel the auto-renewal.
- You can use only one promo code per transaction on our shopping site.
- Free shipping and other promotional codes are region-specific; codes for the USA/Canada site will not work on the UK site, and vice versa. For free shipping use only the codes advertised on the site for your region. Refer to terms and conditions for other promotional codes.
- Store Credits cannot be used for:
- Design Space orders
- iOS/Android in-App purchases
- Subscription orders
Important: Always ensure that the address information entered is complete and that your billing address matches what your credit card issuer has on file.
This article doesn't really have any troubleshooting right now. They can check their addresses, card expiration, test another card, try another browser maybe. IDK about that last step.
