What is Cricut Rewards?
Cricut Rewards is our free loyalty program currently available in the U.S. and Canada only. Earn points on eligible products and redeem them for rewards toward future qualifying cricut.com purchases. How do I join Cricut Rewards?
To join, simply make a qualified purchase on Cricut.com, and you’ll automatically be enrolled.
How do I earn Cricut Rewards points, and what are they worth?
Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible physical products on cricut.com (after promo and discounts, before taxes and shipping). Every 100 points adds an additional $5 reward to your Cricut Rewards balance to use on future purchases. Eligible products will show the points you’ll earn directly in your cart.
Digital purchases including Cricut Access™ subscriptions and digital content, plus shipping, taxes, and other excluded items, do not earn points.
Where can I see my points?
View your Cricut Rewards balance, available reward, and account activity anytime in the My Account section of cricut.com.
How quickly are earned points reflected in my points balance?
Points are added to your balance after your order is completed and may appear as “pending” for 5-7 days while your order is processed, before becoming redeemable.
How do I redeem my rewards?
During cricut.com checkout, you will be able to see your available reward and use it on an eligible purchase - no coupon code needed. Your available reward must be fully applied — so make sure to spend at least that much or anything remaining will be forfeited.
View your Cricut Rewards points balance, available rewards, and account activity anytime in the My Account section of Cricut.com. Points are added after your order is completed and may appear as pending for up to seven days while your order is processed.
Do Cricut Rewards points expire?
Your Cricut Rewards balance and all available rewards will expire if you don't earn or redeem points within a 12-month rolling period. That means, each time you earn new points on an eligible purchase, or you use your available reward, you have 12 months from that date before your balance and available reward will expire.
Can I use Cricut Rewards with coupons or promotions?
Yes, Cricut Rewards can generally be combined with coupons and promotions unless otherwise noted. Certain offers, products, or exclusions may apply.
How do returns, opting out, or deleting my account affect my points & rewards?
If you cancel or return an order while your points are still pending, those points are removed. Also, any rewards used on a returned order will not be reinstated. If you opt out of the Cricut Rewards program entirely, or you delete your Cricut account, please note that you will lose all your points and available rewards - and all new or reenrolled Cricut Rewards accounts will start at zero points. If you notice points from an eligible order missing, please contact Member Care within 60 days of your order date.
If I opted out of Cricut Rewards, how do I opt back in?
