The firmware update does not finish
- Keep Cricut StickerPix Print powered on. Keep the machine powered on and allow the firmware update to continue. A circular progress bar should appear, but it may take a few minutes to begin moving on a slower network.
- Do not interrupt the update. Keep Cricut Design Space open and Bluetooth connected while the update is in progress. The power light may blink or progress may pause near the end of the update. This is expected.
- Allow Cricut StickerPix Print to restart. During the firmware update, the machine will turn off automatically. When this happens, press the Power button to turn it back on, then wait for Cricut Design Space to reconnect. Keep the machine connected to power throughout the update.
- Restart the machine if the update fails. If Cricut Design Space shows that the update failed, turn Cricut StickerPix Print + Cut off and back on, then try the update again.
- Try the firmware update from another device. If the update does not progress or continues to time out, try the firmware update using another compatible device.
-
Uninstall and reinstall Cricut Design Space. If the firmware update continues to fail, uninstall and reinstall Cricut Design Space. This ensures you have the latest version and starts a fresh app session before trying again.
