Use these steps if Cricut StickerPix Print is not printing or cutting as expected.
If Design Space shows an error, follow the instructions on screen first. If the issue continues, follow the steps below in order.

Make sure you are using the correct material. Use only materials compatible with Cricut StickerPix Print. StickerPix Print + Cut materials are not compatible.
See Cricut StickerPix Print paper, ink, and supplies for material and loading instructions. - Remove and reinsert the material tray. Make sure the tray is fully seated in the machine.
- Restart the machine. Turn Cricut StickerPix Print off, wait 15 seconds, then turn it back on to reposition the print heads and other internal components.

Check the printing area for jammed material or debris.
- Turn the machine off and unplug it.
- Remove the material tray and check inside the machine for jammed material or debris. Remove anything you find, then reinstall the tray.

Prepare the machine and try again. Make sure:
- The ink cartridge is installed correctly.
- The material tray is fully seated.
- All doors and panels are closed.
Plug the machine back in, turn it on, and try your project again.
