Use these steps if Cricut StickerPix Print + Cut is not printing or cutting as expected.
If Design Space shows an error, follow the instructions on screen first. If the issue continues, follow the steps below in order.

Make sure you are using the correct material. Use only materials compatible with Cricut StickerPix Print + Cut. StickerPix Print materials are not compatible.
See Cricut StickerPix Print + Cut paper, ink, and supplies for material and loading instructions.
- Remove and reinsert the material tray. Make sure the tray is fully seated in the machine.
- Restart the machine. Turn Cricut StickerPix Print + Cut off, wait 15 seconds, then turn it back on to reposition the print heads and blade assembly.

Check for jammed material or debris.
Turn the machine off and unplug it.
Do not forcibly pull out Photo Paper or Sticker Sheets.
Check these areas:

Door D: Turn the machine onto its side and open Door D. Remove any jammed material, close the door, and return the machine to its operating position.
- Blade assembly: Remove Machine Door B and check the blade assembly and carriage for material or debris. If this is your first project, make sure the packaging guard has been removed from the blade and clamp assembly. Replace Machine Door B when finished.
- Printing area: Remove the material tray and check inside the machine for jammed material or debris. Remove anything you find, then reinstall the tray.

Prepare the machine and try again. Make sure:
- The ink cartridge is installed correctly.
- The material tray is fully seated.
- All doors and panels are closed.
Plug the machine back in, turn it on, and try your project again.
